FT Weekend and Laurent-Perrier Héritage summer menus
April 2025
This SUMMER, we’ve once again partnered with FT Weekend to share six bespoke menus, from some of England’s most esteemed restaurants.
Each menu is paired with Laurent-Perrier Héritage – the first brut champagne made from 100% reserve wines.
Laurent-Perrier Héritage builds on the savoir-faire of Grand Siècle: a complex blend of several vintages from the best Crus of Champagne and two grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
